THE SCIENCE
BPS 3-Part System of the development of all movement skills is completely centered around the TRANSFER of drills to full-speed motion and the TRANSFER of training to live sport
1. CNS Activation Drills (Basic Firing Patterns)
2. Technical Mechanic Drills
3. Application – full speed motion, with COD
Program Design on the field/track is the system of COMPLEX and SUPERSETS:
-
-
- 1. RAISE THRESHOLD OF FORCE from the CNS drills and/or the Technical Mechanics
- 2. APPLY THRESHOLD – full speed Application motions that matches the FORCE in the drill that precedes or succeeds it
-
Biomechanics Integration into the applied coaching sessions
-
-
- 1. 3 physiological components of motion
- 2. 5 Motion/sprint cycle phases
- 3. INDIVIDUALIZATION based on FORCE – load, direction, range of motion
-
THE SYSTEM BREAKDOWN
MOVEMENT
-
-
- CAMPSTM (CNS Activation, Muscle/Joint Prep SYSTEMS)
- Lateral, Forward/Backward Multidirectional
-
AGILITY
-
-
- Footwork, ABC’s (Agility/Balance/Coordination)
- Agility Patterns/Modes to Application Transfer
-
SPEED
-
-
- Linear Acceleration, Absolute Speed
- Strength/Power Endurance ContinuumTM (Resist/Assist)
-
SPECIFICITY
-
-
- Specific to the periodization cycle, sport, position
- Specific to the client (biomechanics, age, level)
-
THE CERTIFICATION
